Washington closed its embassy in Tel Aviv after closing in Egypt and a number of countries in the Middle East


According to the newspaper "Yediot Ahronot" Israel, that the U.S. State Department yesterday announced the closure of its embassy in Tel Aviv next to a number of diplomatic embassies and consulates all over the world on Sunday for security reasons, U.S. intelligence had warned them in a report received by the U.S. administration recently.

She Yediot that the closure of embassies linked information with the CIA plot to "Al Qaeda", or what is called the "organization of global jihad" to target sites U.S. diplomat in the Middle East and other Muslim countries, including Egypt, UAE, Lebanon and Yemen.

Yediot indicated that both Abu Dhabi and Baghdad and Cairo at the head of countries that U.S. embassies will be closed on Sunday, in addition to Bahrain, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Afghanistan and Bangladesh.

The spokeswoman for the U.S. State Department that it is likely to remain some embassies closed for more than one day, according to security assessments, pointing out that the United States is given much attention to this topic in order to preserve the lives of their employees and citizens in those countries, especially after the incident, which exposed the American embassy in Libya in December 2012, which killed four employees of the embassy.
