She said the Kuwaiti news agency KUNA said Wednesday that oil-rich Kuwait has decided to provide emergency aid to Egypt worth four billion dollars.
This assistance includes a deposit of two billion dollars for the Central Bank of Egypt and other billion dollars of non-refundable grant in addition to oil and oil products worth one billion dollars as a grant.
The agency quoted via telephone serviced by the Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Sabah as saying that the Kuwaiti Council of Ministers adopted a resolution this aid, "implementation of the directives of His Highness Prince."
